Thank you for all that you do to make this neighborhood a great place to live! Whether you’re keeping the front yard trim, enjoying a walkabout, or introducing yourself to our newest members, every bit helps make our neighborhood beautiful.
Since our last Annual Meeting in May 2024, the HOA has kept a relatively low profile. Beyond keeping the yard along Hatch Road trim, we hosted Halloween parties in the cul-de-sac each year, updated the HOA website, and kept our business current with the State of Texas.

Board Elections
Two seats will be up for election this year — one for a two-year term and one for a three-year term. Each seat is normally a three-year tenure, and Christopher Hart’s period ended last year. Chris has informed us he will not be running again, so we’d like to thank Chris for all his time, care, and attention to our community.
We welcome nominations, either yourself or another, for the board. If you’re interested, please send a short biography to woodlandparkhoatx@gmail.com and your submission will be mailed to residents in advance of the meeting, along with proxy vote cards should you not be able to attend.
